Admission Procedures
Voronezh State University has a special unit,
The Institute of International Education (IIE),
which provides training for international students and promotes a wide spectrum
of VSU educational programmes.
We can offer you the following
courses and levels of education:

Pre-university training

Bachelor's programme

Summer Language School
To come to Voronezh State University you must send by email scanned
documents:
- Application form
- Copy of your passport
- A notary attested copy of the completed secondary education.
- Medical certificate certifying absence of medical
contraindications for study.
After receiving all required documents
International
Relations Department,
under the application from the Voronezh State University, will make for you an official invitation and I will send it to the
address that was indicated in your application form. Admittance to the
University is on the basis of a contract. If you need the contract form in order
to get a visa at the Russian Federation Embassy, please let us know. If you do
not, the contract form can be printed upon arrival. The contract includes only
the tuition fee (the fee depending on the programme and speciality that you have
chosen). The contract does not include any accommodation fee, medical insurance,
or registration fee. The student must pay all fees related to the contract,
accommodation, registration and medical insurance no later than 3 days after
arrival. However students from some countries should make the advance
payment for accommodation fee, medical insurance, registration fee and
pre-university training before student will come to Russia.
